- BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.- Strong understanding of UNIX/Linux operating systems. Practical scripting experience in using shell scripting, - Perl, Python, or Ruby to systematically manage devices and systems via APIs.
- Experience with common networking protocols and services including TCP, UDP, DNS, and HTTP. Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
