Responsibilities:

• Specificationcompliance and scope responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain the excellent customer relations.
• Work with user experience teams to deliver the most suitable solutions Risk assessment and Mitigation plan
  System design and Engineering.
• Value engineering and Material/ Cost savings.VO estimation and cost analysis.
• Coordination with Remote engineering team.
• Deliver the project within the project schedule with Positive deviation Job assignment and teamwork.
• Schedule andMilestone development. Understand the technology.
• Junior / CX Engineer team management.
• Lead the identification, development, deployment and maintenance of commissioning engineering processes, procedures, and tools to drive commissioning excellence, standardization, and continuousimprovement.
  Budget analysis.
• Engineering Performance.

FAS

• Experience with Fire Alarm System Panels, Controllers & Field Control Systems. Certified from any brand as FireAlarm Engineer
• NFPA Certified - Optional.
• Experience inDevelop the cause-and-Effect Matrix Experience in Zoning and Smoke management system.
• Knowledge incalculations such as Battery and Voltage Drop
• Experience in Fire Alarm Design, Engineering, and commissioning.

SMS – Access Control system

• Previous Experience with Access Controllers & Field Control Systems. Previous experience in Card and Reader technology
• PreviousKnowledge in Load calculation Previous Knowledge in Badging.
• Previous Knowledge in ACS and CCTVintegrations
• Previous experience in ACS Design, Engineering, andcommissioning.

SMS– CCTV system

• Previous Experience with IP and Analog cameras. Previous experience in NVR - DVM
• Previous Knowledge Storage and Sizing calculation Previous Knowledge in Coverage Study.
• Previous Knowledge Lense / FOV Calculation.
• Previous experience in ACS Design, Engineering, andcommissioning.

BMS

• Previous Experience with BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems. Previous Knowledge in HVAC system and Valve selections
• Previous Knowledge in Third party integrations
• Previous experience in BMS Design, Engineering, andcommissioning.

SCADA System

• SCADASystem Design: Collaborate with project teams to design and develop SCADAsystems tailored to specific processes and requirements of the project.
• SystemImplementation: Have experience leading the teams who Configure, program, anddeploy SCADA hardware and software components, including Human MachineInterfaces (HMIs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), andcommunication protocols.
• Cybersecurity: defineand Implement cybersecurity measures to protect SCADA systems from unauthorizedaccess, cyber threats, and vulnerabilities as per latest industry standard.
• Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of SCADA system configurations, networkdiagrams, and operational procedures.
• Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including automation engineers, infrastructureengineers, and IT professionals, to ensure seamless integration of SCADAsystems with other infrastructure components.
  Compliance:Ensure SCADA systems adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safetyprotocols, such as NIST, ISA-95, and IEC 62443.
• Training: Providetraining and support to operators and maintenance teams to enhance theirunderstanding of SCADA systems and troubleshooting capabilities.
