Responsibilities:

• Estimate work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

• Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.

• Code solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.

• Utilize multiple architectural components across data, application, business in the design and development of client requirements.

• Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements.

• Resolve technical complexities involved in realizing story work.

• Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

• Design, develop and modify architect.

• Design and develop production ready software for data warehousing solutions using Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, SAS, Java, Informatica, and CI/CD deployment.

• Utilize Linux coding and debugging and Autosys scheduling tool.

• Design and develop new proof of concept projects to enhance current software systems to handle increased traffic and larger datasets using Apache Spark, SAS, Informatica and Teradata cloud.

• Develop complex Teradata SQL-based ETL and analytic workflows using native, bteq, tpt, and fastexport.

• Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related; and

• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

• Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Designing and developing production ready software for data warehousing solutions using Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, SAS, Java, Informatica, and CI/CD deployment;

• Utilizing Linux coding and debugging and Autosys scheduling tool;

• Designing and developing new proof of concept projects to enhance current software systems to handle increased traffic and larger datasets using Apache Spark, SAS, Informatica and Teradata cloud; and,
