Your Key Responsibilities
- Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
- Sales calls - be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/ educate the customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
- Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
- Post-sales – acting as trusted advisor for dedicated major accounts and maintaining the technical relationship with the customer. Discover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Fortinet solutions into the customer account
- Generate incremental SecOps revenue and growth through key partners and the broader channel.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel, decision makers and influencers in customers, partners, alliances and Fabric-Ready-Partners.
- Input into the development of GSI and Service Provider SecOps solutions and services.
- Identify and drive early engagement/alignment on large SecOps projects.
- Be part of the already existing SecOps EMEA team and collaborate to align Sales initiatives to / with Customers Channel and EMEA priorities.
- Travel to the different locations of the accounts within the region.
Required Skills & Experience
- Deep experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer, preferably at a security vendor or SecOps vendor
- A strong experience in SecOps environment
- Knowledge of the following technologies: SecOps, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, WLAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection and Prevention, Webfiltering, AntiVirus and Threat Emulation.
- Experience in cyber security for operational technology environments. An excellent understanding of the risks and opportunities.
- Experience in building business with customers and partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to speak French and English fluently.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Competitive, self-starter, team player.
- Willingness to travel 2-3 days in average per week.
