Support the planning and execution of regional marketing events, conferences, and sponsorships.
Assist with logistics, materials preparation, vendor communication, and on-site event support.
Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, bios, and abstracts.
Brand Marketing
Assist with the submission of campaign entries planned for award submissions.
Coordination with internal teams and external vendors to create memorable case studies
Localization Coordination
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing materials are localized and relevant for APAC audiences - main markets include Korea and Japan.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and maintaining ongoing APAC specific marketing needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing, technology, and mobile advertising industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional APAC languages are a plus).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with Google Workspace and is a plus
