Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Partner Enablement: Communicate product features, benefits, and ROI through relevant use cases to support sales teams and partners. Ensure alignment between product development and sales by articulating what is being built, why, and for whom. Help direct and partner selling channels understand competitive landscape and speak to competitive advantages. Training and Certification Development: Maintain and update Claris training content and certifications to reflect product enhancements. Drive the creation of new training materials and oversee the development of certifications to support ongoing developer education and enablement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in Developer Relations or Technical Enablement: 4+ years of experience in developer relations, technical marketing, or a related role, preferably within a multi-product software company.
  • Execution in an Agile Environment: Executes strategically within agile frameworks, focusing on measurable outcomes and adapting to evolving priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion for Software Technology: Lives and breathes software development, with a deep interest in technology platforms, developer tools, and emerging trends.
  • Developer-Centric Mindset: Empathizes with and understands the Claris FileMaker developer; can achieve expert-level knowledge of the Claris development platform to effectively engage and support developers.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Can create and deliver compelling demos, presentations, blog posts, tutorials, and keynotes that highlight technical products, business outcomes, and the Claris roadmap.
  • Self-Starter and Adaptable: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently on complex and ambiguous projects, driving progress across multiple teams.
  • Creative and Experimental Approach: Brings creativity and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and initiatives that foster developer engagement and community growth.
  • Influence and Advocacy: Proven ability to influence leaders, build trust, and advocate for the needs of developers and the broader community.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Demonstrates curiosity, inclusivity, and a talent for fostering positive relationships across different functions and levels, including product, sales, marketing, and community.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
