You will be responsible for winning against competition by establishing Microsoft as market leaders, maximizing Customer spend, achieving targets (billed revenue, consumption, and adoption).
You will lead the partnership across the organization to achieve business value for customers and business results for Microsoft.
You will be responsible for developing a high-performing team by hiring diverse talent, prioritizing development, leading by example, and preparing people for more senior positions in other parts of the organization.
