  • As a AM1 in TSE Commercial Strategy, you will work with business leaders and client executives for projects to deliver tangible improvements in current business model
  • In this role, you’ll work on a dynamic mix of projects helping our clients solve some of their most pressing issues. Working in diverse, inclusive teams to build relationships with our clients, you’ll deliver innovative high quality work products.
  • Build relationships with EY stakeholders and deliver high degree of GDS user satisfaction with engagement process and work products
  • Use current technology and tools to deliver best in class work across analytics and research

Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our onshore team and clients to understand business requirements, develop solutions, and support business development opportunities. You will be responsible for creating actionable plans, conducting research, analysing data, and designing analytical tools to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the onshore team and clients to understand business requirements and document them effectively.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to set up solutions, validation processes, and reports to meet business needs.
  • Develop comprehensive action plans for work engagements, outlining key activities, meetings, and validation sessions.
  • Support business development opportunities by working in parallel with the onshore team to identify potential solutions and strategies.
  • Create compelling storyline presentations using internal and external data sets to support client engagements.
  • Research and analyze MedTech trends, technologies, best practices, and additional parameters to create informative decks.
  • Analyze client data to assess the feasibility of desired modeling scenarios and communicate potential gaps and roadblocks.
  • Develop data models to analyze and optimize sales force effectiveness (SFE) and performance.
  • Design analytical tools, standard reports, and dashboards using applications such as Excel/VBA, Tableau, R, and Python.
  • Assess GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies and models qualitatively and quantitatively according to client needs.
  • Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment, actively collaborating and delivering work with excellence.

Job requirements

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • A post graduate degree (MBA) / Undergraduate degree
  • Work experience of 5+ years in MedTech (HSW) domain
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least 1-2 of the following specialties:
    • SFE
    • GTM model
    • MedTech
    • Analytics
    • Secondary research
    • Understanding of transaction lifecycle
  • Significant people management skills to collaborate with onshore teams and deliver work as per deadlines
  • Talent in adapting to new challenges and ideas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well versed with MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Willingness to undertake international travel as per business requirement
