Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in system design.
- 3 years of experience managing internal/external partners or customers.
- 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience coding in one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
- 5 years of experience with data analysis, customer-side web technologies, and project management.
- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 5 years of experience in operations management (i.e., process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc.).
- Experience implementing strategic and large-scale initiatives/projects in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment.
