Senior Solution Engineer – Generative AI
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their data requirements and ensure that GenAI solutions meet their business needs.
- Develop detailed solution architectures and Bills of Materials (BOMs), balancing cost and quality considerations, and liaise with Cloud Service Providers for accurate BOM pricing.
- Lead the technical response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), demonstrating our organization's GenAI capabilities and strategic approaches.
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable and robust data platforms for GenAI applications.
- Establish and manage data pipelines from diverse sources, including on-premises and cloud environments, to support both streaming and batch data processes.
- Perform data discovery, root cause analysis, and recommend strategies to address data quality issues.
- Produce and share technical documentation on integrations with team members and stakeholders.
- Oversee the delivery of large-scale cloud projects, ensuring successful implementation and knowledge transfer.
- Develop and manage MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of machine learning models.
- Implement monitoring systems for model performance, detect anomalies, and execute retraining protocols to maintain model accuracy.
- Design and manage scalable infrastructure for AI model training and deployment, utilizing containerization and orchestration tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, address deployment challenges, and align with business goals.
- Stay informed about technological advancements and industry standards to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in programming (Java, Python, Node.js), big data platform implementation, full development lifecycle management, and collaboration with cloud providers for data infrastructure.
- At least 5 years of experience in data management and storage technologies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in building data ingestion pipelines and managing data pipeline schedules.
- Demonstrated experience with Generative AI techniques and MLOps practices.
- Proficiency with MLOps tools and platforms, and experience in deploying and managing machine learning models on cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven leadership experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations related to AI model deployment and data management.
- Relevant certifications in data engineering and cloud technologies are preferred.
