Key job responsibilities
Site Leadership: Full ownership of RDE1 operations, including staffing, safety, inventory accuracy, process design, and productivity.Operational Excellence: Develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement, lean initiatives, process standardization, and scalable workflows.Budget and Planning: Manage operating budgets and performance targets while optimizing resources and cost efficiency.Metrics and Reporting: Own and report site performance metrics to senior leadership, identifying gaps and leading problem-solving efforts.Talent Strategy: Hire and develop top talent, drive succession planning, and lead initiatives on learning, development, and employee retention.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Business level (reading, writing, speaking) German and English
• People Management experience
• Cross-functional project management experience

【Experience】
・5+ years' experience managing and improving the flow of human, material, and financial resources using various metrics in Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail industry
・Understanding of P/L and experience managing cost
・Management experience (including performance evaluation and development) of 50+ members
・Management of multiple part-timers during peak seasons
・Experience in leading customer-facing business unit focused on delivering excellent customer experience
・Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture.【Skills, Work-style】
・Degrees in IT, Engineering, Business, or other related fields or MBA
・Ability to prioritize in ever changing environment, good judgement
・Bilingual speaking German and English
