**This role is also open to Austin, TX | Seattle, WA.You will work with other members of our growing offensive security teams to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility of ideas. You will write high quality distributed software solutions, operating at a scale that’s not available anywhere else. Come help us drive software development best practices, operational and engineering excellence across the organization, and impact how other teams operate.

* Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of software platforms across the Offensive Security organization
* Apply development best practices and operational and engineering excellence across the Offensive Security organization
* Mentoring Junior engineers in the team.* Implement improvements to internal program and processes
* Write and deliver high-quality documents for technical and non-technical audiencesAbout the team

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 3+ years of full stack development experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
