Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements. YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE: •ISC Business Partner, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
•Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
•Lead forecasting cycles, accountable for site-based overhead rate forecasts and monthly variance analysis
•Liaison for ACST with Government Account and Compliance, support government reporting and variance analysis
•Accountable for ACST Working Capital and Free Cash Flow, monthly reporting and analysis, driving accurate and timely financials
•Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
•Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies YOU MUST HAVE: •Thorough understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and metrics
•Minimum 8 years of experience
•U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance WE VALUE: •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with an Accounting or Finance emphasis
•Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business and to develop working relationships with all involved
•Strong written and verbal communication skills / ability to organize meaningful business summaries to influence others quickly and positively
•Goal-oriented, self-starter with ability to manage multiple activities with a sense of urgency
•Basic understanding of government accounting
•ERP/Financial systems experience, implementation experience
