About the Role
As a Senior Learning Design and Delivery Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support the creation and design of innovative learning experiences spanning across all learning programs and audiences. Specifically, your focus will be to:
Lead the coordination and execution of the design & delivery learning cycle to support the creation of engaging & impactful learning experiences
Facilitate live sessions and workshops across the organization ensuring an engaging and effective learning environment for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously improve program content to support employee growth & development aligned to critical business priorities
Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning experience to measure impact
Manage and track learner engagement using analytics and feedback to enhance participation and learning outcomes.
