Your Impact in Role
- Identify opportunities to drive consideration, trial and engagement with Grocery & Retail through both qualitative and quantitative insights
- Own the campaign calendar and project manage large-scale campaigns end to end; run the planning process, collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial and other Ops teams on ideation and concept design; develop and execute campaigns; and measure impact and performance campaigns in the calendar, which includes campaign development and execution.
- You’ll be required to become proficient with our internal campaign and reporting toolkit. We have agencies and internal deployment teams to leverage, but this is a hands-on role.
- Leverage data and insights to continuously improve campaign strategy. This includes finding insights to shape when we run campaigns, how we invest our promotional budget and which channels we leverage.
- Work with our merchandising and commercial team to drive partner engagement with participation with our campaigns and merchant funded promotions. This involves a high level of coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a conduit between the ANZ business and global marketing and CRM teams.
