You will be a trusted advisor to the partner community within Snowflake regarding data acquisition strategies.

Furthermore, it involves developing partnerships with our network of technology and solution partners to collaborate on joint technology and business integration roadmaps.
- You will establish yourself as a thought leader in the partner community and assist customers in comprehending the emerging advantages of Snowflakes' new data acquisition technologies.
- In particular, challenge existing mechanisms for data acquisition and how Data Ecosystem pursuits of their underlying data systems with various data sources, databases, and datalakes should be integrated.
- Challenge the status quo and introduce Snowflakes' new platform capabilities to our customers.
- Working with the sales teams directly. Develop, customize, and deliver C-level content and messaging, which builds Snowflakes' credibility in this space.
AN EXAMPLE OF THESE SNOWFLAKE INTEGRATIONS COULD BE:- Integration between SaaS platforms like Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow
- Catalog/Metadata integrations (leveraging the Rest API we provide for access to us, and creating an API shim for/with partners).
- Database Connectors (Postgres. MySQL, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Interfaces that stream data (Kafka, Flink, etc.)
- "Polyglot" connector
OUR IDEAL PARTNER SE FOR THIS ROLE SHOULD HAVE:- Deep understanding in the areas of streaming data pipelines, data integration, data warehouses, and data lakes concepts.
- Proven expertise in understanding the voice of the customer and partnering across engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver compelling products that meet their needs.
- A proven history of shipping cloud-based SaaS, data management, and data integration products.
- The capacity to thrive in the fast-paced environment that comes with being a member of a rapidly expanding organization. That means flexibility and willingness to jump in and do whatever it takes to be successful.
- Ability to work with teams in multiple geographies.
- Comfortable presenting and working at the CxO level within Snowflake and with Snowflake’s customers and partners.
- Prior experience working with streaming data pipelines (Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Azure Event Hub) is considered a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $177,000 - $246,500.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
