We are looking for an experienced C++ Team Leader for our Sensor Infrastructure team. The team is responsible for building a resilient infrastructure and architecture, on which we build our disruptive agent for investigating and stopping advanced cyber-threats.

In This Position You Will

  • Be a leader of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team.
  • Lead, mentor and support the growth of our talented engineers.
  • Be a technological authority and a hand-on contributor.
  • Write cross-platform and specific OS code for Windows, Linux, and Mac.
  • Build high-performance multi-threaded applications.
  • Take full responsibility and ownership from conception, development, quality to post-deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with other managers, product owners and designers, to identify and solve challenging problems in cybersecurity.
  • Work in an environment that supports your individual growth.

Requirements

  • Management experience of a cross functional team (4-5 employees 2+ years).
  • Experience in developing Security platforms.
  • Experienced with agile development methodologies.
  • Mastery of C++ (at least 5 years of experience).
  • Experience in Software Design and Object Oriented programming.
  • Experience with complex SW multi-threaded environments.
  • Passion for performance and making code better.
  • B.Sc. Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent knowledge.
  • Team player, accountable, dedicated and passionate.
