KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Subject Matter Expert in advanced threading, bending, and back welding flanged and socketed pipe.

*Work with all types of hand tools to complete repairs, preventative maintenance, and/or modifications to equipment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,600-$100,700. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE

*High School Diploma or GED is required.

*Able to follow all established safety procedures and protocols.

*Experience and skill working with hand tools.

*Working knowledge of pipe fitting (threading, welding, and blueprint reading).

*Experience working with blueprints and P&ID’s.

*Working knowledge of various materials including plastic, glass, stainless steel, structural steel, and sheet metal.

*Must be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds, working on elevated platforms as well as climbing ladders and using portable lifts.

*Must be able to be on call up to two weeks a month.

*Capable of working in either Des Plaines or our McCook facility in Riverside, IL.
