Clinical Administrator (Wireless Operation)
As the Clinical Admin you will provide excellent Customer Service to clients and patients while manning the daily functions of the Clinical Wireless department for all Wireless software.
Your role:
- Triage all incoming support requests received by email and phone utilizing email distribution lists, Salesforce and resolution trees.
- Perform verbal notifications to physicians regarding escalated urgent or emergent events within specified established guidelines using physician practices criteria.
- You will work within the Clinical Wireless Operations department and deliver a high level of quality in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm ET with a holiday rotation.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED).
- You’ve acquired 6+ months of experience in a customer service work environment; phone-based customer service is preferred.
- Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, strong computer skills, excellent verbal/written communication including telephone etiquette, and if you have experience with Salesforce even better.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You’re a self-starter, highly organized with strong attention to detail, and great at multitasking.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $19.57, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
