• Manage Demand Growth Strategies: Develop and execute tailored marketing and investment plansfor a portfolio of national and regional retail partners in the US & Canada.
• Analyze Performance & Optimize Strategy: Use data-driven insights to assess partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to enhance investment returns.
• Own Execution & Implementation: Execute growth playbooks, test new demand strategies, and drive revenue through methodical experimentation and optimization.
• Engage with External Stakeholders: Partner with strategic regional partners on strategy and execution tooptimize their performance on UberEats, supporting their investment and demand generation decisions.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Operations—to ensure seamless execution of merchant growth strategies.
• Develop Scalable Processes: Implement best practices and operational efficiencies toscale demand growth programs across multiple partners.

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, growth, business management, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
• Bachelor’s degree

• 3+ years of experience in growth operations, management consulting, or corporate strategy
• 1+ years of client-facing experience
• Experience in grocery, retail, or CPG industries is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn data insights into actionable business strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across internal teams and external partners
• Ability to execute projects efficiently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$116,000 per year - USD$128,500 per year.

For Miami, FL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$116,000 per year - USD$128,500 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
