Asyou will joinThe team is responsible for standard reporting and insights over the total HealthTech 3rd party spend, providing analytical views ranging from spend demand to final invoicing and payment terms information. On daily basis you will have a chance to identify of automation use cases via systematic process analysis and assessment of the automation potential. You will be using different analytic tools like Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Power BI, SAP BW in combination with in-depth financial and procurement knowledge to provide highest quality, timely and actionable information to support stakeholders in performance management and value creation. Our team works closely with business users and function managers to support automation of funnel creation.


Your role:

  • Maintain, analyze and report on business performance such as month-end closing, planning cycles and related performance reviews - both the Automated and the Manual Stream.

  • Deliver actionable analysis and insight for decision-making and value creation, and drive performance management.

  • Analyze and audit the savings initiatives according to the procurement savings guideline and explain findings to the initiative owners and business partners.

  • Drive savings approval process in procurement measure tracking tools.

  • Participate in various FP&A improvement projects

  • Understand systems and tools. Ensure quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth.

  • Support and drive for application of standard and automation of reporting solutions.

  • Ad-hoc spend and savings reporting

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 4 to 7 years of working experience with financial control, management reporting and business analyses, preferably within an international environment

  • Excellent analytical skill and experience in delivering complex data analysis, including presenting them to Business Partners

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must. Knowledge of macros, Visual Basic for Applications would be an asset.

  • Results and action-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Business Warehouse, Qlik View/Qlik Sense, Power BI and/or other reporting and data warehousing tools will be additional advantage

  • You are able to manage multiple priorities and internal customer expectations effectively

  • You have Bachelor or Master’s degree in a Business Economics, Finance and/or Accounting orientated study.
