What You'll Do

1. Maximise the power of the platform for riders and drivers in DACH by enabling and evolving our best technology solutions
2. Interact with our user base to assess necessary improvements in our marketplace
3. Manage the launch of new initiatives and products
4. Leverage data analytics and AI tools to maximise the impact of our investments and promotion
5. Track the competitiveness of our offers across the marketplace and allocate capital and resources appropriately

What You'll Need

1. Business level German language proficiency and fluency in English
2. 3+ years of experience in management consulting/project management/operations in a top tier consultancy, tech company, large business, startup or similar organization
3. Knowledge of and deep interest in the German mobility space
4. High degree of ownership and ability to analyze large amounts of data, build actionable strategies and drive forward workstreams independently
5. Excellent Google Sheet skills
