What you’ll be doing:

• Scale the compute of the AI platform to enable industrial grade robotics solution

• Lead the compute infrastructure design to run AI workflows on the platform

• Automate backend infrastructure management and deployment

• Work closely with dependent teams to drive the project

• Responsible for issue management during integration, testing, deployment & quality assurance

What we need to see:

• BS, MS, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of work experience. At least 2+ years of experience working on cloud-native platforms

• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Docker & Kubernetes and CI/CD systems

• Excellent Python programming skills & proficient in other scripting languages

• Strong data skills & software design

• Ability to learn fast & debug complex system issues

• Ability to adapt quickly to varying roles & responsibilities

• Strong communication skills & ability to work across teams

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Proficiency with container orchestration system such as Kubernetes

• Deployment with various cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP and Microsoft Azure

• Hands-on experience maintaining reliability for data center scale infrastructure

• Display technical ownership in a cross organizational, multi-disciplinary team.

• Practice leading a software project involving 4 or more engineers.
