Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
To manage pre-season Planning and Buying within the market for the Brand's owned E-commerce channel (e-com).
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the implementation of the pre-season strategy for e-com OTB Planning & Management following the market financial targets and global guidelines
- Following Channel Ranges provided by Market Category teams, leads the buying process for eCom and assure right volumes are bought following market OTB plans.
- Ensure the size breakdowns are created according to market needs and incorporated in the buying process for e-com.
- Support in the market seasonal stock position assuring the right volumes are available in e-com and distribution centers.
- Assist in market trading, assuring timely sales forecast by product for the chain, stock intakes, and in-season markdowns.
- Prepare input to Market Category teams in regards to range needs.
- Submit volume forecasts into system for horizontal reviews by leadership team at key milestones.
- Enable buying process for the assigned channels and assure right volumes are bought following market OTB plansand Channel Ranges provided by Market Category team.
- Leverage a data driven approach to influence range decisions through input and relationship management focused on Market Category teams.
- Work with global/local colleagues to define and implement best in class eCom buying best practices and KPI tracking mechanisms focused on optimization of the eCom experience through product and ranging decisions.
- Partner with DVM/UX to deliver a premium onsite shopping experience for the consumer, focused on product merchandising and storytelling.
- Support full Buying team with ad-hoc projects and day-to-day operations as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Relevant job experience in a Buying or Category Management function
- Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge in Assortment Planning and Merchandising
- Demonstrated ability to lead decision making with Consumer-first insights
- Strong competence with Buying procedures, systems, and Go-to-Market process
- Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of retail math
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to effectively and professionally present information to an individual or group, both written and verbally
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 Years of work experience in either Buying, Planning, or Category Management departments
