What the Candidate Will Do

• Manage incentives and allocation process
• Monitor financial targets, marketplace health metrics, and competition moves to develop action plans to reach our strategic goals and enable data-driven business decisions through inentives
• Develop data analysis and XPs to support business decisions regarding growth opportunities
• Coordinate projects with our cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, assertively communicating and presenting ideas, findings, and insights to assist the decision-making process

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in data analysis, operations, product, strategy or consulting

• Excel/data management knowledge

• SQL knowledge is a must

• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• Ability to think strategically, handle ambiguity, and problem-solve in a fast-paced multicultural environment
• Data-driven decision-making mentality and a explorer; use data to solve problems and effectively translate quantitative findings into action plans
• A self-starter attitude is a must
• English fluency
• Some high-growth operations or startup experience is preferred
• Experience crafting experiments
