Major Responsibilities
Ability to identify any investment strategy, product, service, operational, client coverage gaps and take the lead in ensuring resolution.
Several years of experience in a sales position in the asset management sector, investment consultancy, investment banking or similar roles covering the German institutional market
Successful and reliable track record of fund raising across asset classes
Deep understanding of equity, fixed income and alternative markets and their medium to long-term drivers
Thorough knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework for institutional investors in Germany
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients
Excellent German and English language skills
CFA, CAIA desired
Self-starter with hands-on mentality
Empathic and strong personal presence
Highly organised and achievement oriented, knowing how to set priorities right
Comfortable in delivering excellent results within tight deadlines
