About the role:
What you'll do:
\ * Manage engagements with multiple stakeholders (regional teams, vendors, product, engineering) and ensure delivery of the highest quality within the agreed-upon timelines
\ * Manage vendor teams to carry out operations and execute projects; establish process KPIs and targets and track them
\ * Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to make process improvements via tooling and continuous improvement initiatives
\ * Report the status of programs to our stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner
\ * Manage timelines, deadlines, feature sets, risks, change requests, releases, and track project budget and financial metrics
What you'll need :
\ * Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, or other technical fields
\ * Master's degree in management from a top-tier school (preferred)
\ * Experience with process design and optimization, program management, technical and customer support strategies, and/or quality assurance
\ * Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. This role will require you to work with other operations, product, and engineering teams
\ * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
\ * Self-motivated with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving and driving action
\ * Technically savvy and able to ramp up on new technologies quickly
