What Success Looks Like:

At Unity, you’ll be at the heart of a high-performing team that’s redefining mobile gaming advertising through innovation, data, and creativity. We offer the tools, autonomy, and support to help you thrive—while making a lasting impact on the brands and gamers we serve.

What you'll be doing
  • Own the post-sale client relationship, acting as the primary point of contact for agencies and brand advertisers running mobile programmatic campaigns across DSPs.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—from onboarding to pacing—ensuring alignment with client KPIs and brand goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and provide proactive optimizations and strategic recommendations focused on upper- and mid-funnel outcomes (e.g. VCR, viewability, brand lift).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Product, and Finance teams to resolve technical issues, delivery discrepancies, and billing concerns, ensuring smooth execution and accurate invoicing.
  • Lead QBRs, reporting readouts, and client education sessions to communicate campaign impact, reinforce value, and support long-term account growth and retention.
  • Partner with third-party vendors and internal teams to pilot new measurement, targeting, or brand safety solutions, and participate in early testing of Unity alpha/beta products such as Audience Hub and other client-facing innovations.
What we're looking for
  • Expertise in programmatic brand advertising, with a focus on mobile-gaming.
  • Experience across multiple DSPs (TTD, DV360, ADSP, etc), as well as managing campaigns on behalf of clients ranging from smaller budgets to multi-million dollar activations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple stakeholders (sales, clients, product, ops, finance) and ensure timely campaign execution and reporting.
  • Ability to proactively identify and troubleshoot campaign delivery, pacing, or performance issues, and deliver clear, actionable solutions internally and externally. Skilled in building client-facing presentations and strategic reviews (e.g. QBRs), using data storytelling to communicate value and campaign impact on brand objectives.
  • Comfortable driving process improvements and workflow optimizations that increase internal efficiency and enhance the client experience.
You might also have
  • Experience with mobile brand safety and verification tools such as DoubleVerify, IAS, CM360, particularly within in-app environments.
  • Familiarity with ad operations tasks including mobile tagging, creative QA, troubleshooting delivery issues, and resolving impression or billing discrepancies
  • Experience managing monthly invoicing processes, credit checks, tracking and escalating past due invoices, submitting credit memos, and actualizing revenue at quarter-end using tools like Salesforce.
