Accountability:

  • Drive the creation of Adoption Agreement Templates​

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Marketing. Youwill leverage internal

  • Create customer Positioning & Targeting ​(segments, verticals, target audiences)​

  • Create GTM Phased-Release Plan​(segments, verticals, target audiences)​

  • Create Proof Point & Drive Proof Point Updates​

  • Create Sales & Onboarding Content​ (Pitches, Feature Lists, & Sales Guides)​ to showcase product values and competitive advantages that truly resonate with our customers

  • Create Solutioning & Support Content​ (non-technical solutioning, escalations, etc.)​

  • Identify & define requirements for technical documents needed for integration & technical teams to drive adoption​

  • Define scalability requirements & deliverables required of dependent teams​

  • Create Sales Playbook Content​ (Vertical, Use-Case, & Segment)​

  • Define requirements and validate the effectiveness of enablement tools and systems​

  • Lead Sales Training & Office Hours​ (merchant & partner)​

  • Support Marketing at scale​

What do you need to bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, prioritize feature trade-offs, and identify new opportunities with technical team members.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience (developers, engineers, data scientists, product managers and senior business leaders).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is$84,500 to $149,600
