Role OverviewAs a Sr Manager level, you sit at one of the most senior roles on the team and will drive a unique experience pod. You will be partnered with a Principal designer who you will collaborate with to define and express design outputs, including articulations of strategy. At the managerial level, you will be responsible for the overall organization of the pod, work track management, role assignment, strategic alignment and delivery of handoffs. This role also is instrumental in the intake phase with product management partners and will be responsible for the ongoing measurement of impact in market.

    Role Requirements

    • Magic powers sit within the realm of project intake, articulating experience strategy, project organization, and role/output clarity for our design teams.

    • Experience getting digital products to market and managing the ongoing performance of shipped features or products.

    • Exceptional presentation skills which include crafting compelling decks to sell in strategies, concepts, or visions for your work.

    • Proven ability to set up and manage a world class deign outputs and formal processes that drive incredible clarity around project management, role definition, outputs and design cycles.

    • Skilled at managing ambiguity and knowing when a team needs better articulation or leadership definition to activate work.

    • Comfortable rolling up sleeves to help punch up a project plan, project kick off deck, and horizon roadmap.

    • Exceptional ability to manage, prioritize, and organize multiple requests that may come in both on and off planning scheduling.

    • Exceptional ability to direct all facets of a concept and product design including, copy, content, visual design, brand design, interactions, research and business outcomes.

    • Proven ability to evolve requirements and overcome limitations in partnership with product management, engineering, legal, and business units.

    • 10+ years of experience in consumer facing digital product design work.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$120,300 to $287,100
