Key job responsibilities
- Attracting, retaining and scaling top talent
- Mentor and coach Agency Partner Managers to identify and recruit agency partners who provide eCommerce service for sellers/brands
- Determine short and long-term goals and execution plans- Drive strategic plans for the top agencies and SI partners
- Drive strategic meetings with senior executives to help set program direction and priorities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
- 7+ years of eCommerce experience, including how companies leverage different technologies in DTC.
- Direct deal flow experience.
- Experience with consistently generating business: efficiently managing team’s workload across a pipeline of unique projects
