10+ years’ experience including roles in Business and Sales Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, or Strategy, ideally at a high-growth technology company
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Technology or a related field; MBA preferred
Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize various points of view into a cohesive narrative and communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly to all levels of the organization
Strategic thinker with proven experience driving large-scale growth initiatives and executing strategies that exceed results through constant learning and experimentation
Experience prioritizing and driving complex programs in a matrix environment in coordination with a variety of cross-functional leaders
Demonstrated Bias for Action with the ability to deal with ambiguity and natural perseverance to overcome obstacles and deliver outcomes when leading change
Excellent player-coach with proven experience in building, leading, and inspiring high-performing organizations and teams
