Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant in our practice, you will provide advisory services and solutions to energy industry clients in the three domains of digital/AI, innovation, and sustainable mobility. You will work on end-to-end engagement delivery, market-enablement, content development for client interactions, and pursuit and proposal enablement.

You will:

• Support development of strategic and/or technical insights for client engagements and business development needs (solution enablement material, client meetings, sales assets, etc.)
• Support engagement delivery with research and analysis, business report writing, presentation development, and workshop coordination
• Manage and QA work of associates who will support you on different projects
• Independently present to stakeholders – EY leadership & SMRs and clients as part of engagement delivery, workshops, etc
• Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge and enhance client service delivery
• Stay current with the latest trends in the industry to be a trusted advisor/subject-matter resource for our clients' requirements
• Build strong internal relationships with other services across the organization
• Participate in new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions
  

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Previous experience of 3 to 6 years in consulting/industry/research
• Previous experience of atleast 2 years in one of the relevant domains (digital/AI, innovation and sustainable mobility)
• Fair understanding and knowledge of power & utilities and oil & gas industries
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Ability to work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating team leaders on progress
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Professional presence with the ability to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise
• Knack of client relationship development and business development efforts
