- Incorporating elevated quality, provide a high-touch, concierge style service to Jacobs’ mobilizing talent by serving as a single point of contact for the assignee/transferee throughout the transfer and/or assignment lifecycle
- Utilizing a project management mindset, own the coordination of contingencies, vendor services, and all assignment management aspects for a successful assignment or relocation
- With the support of AssignmentPro (APRO), follow the established procedures to issue assignment documentation, provide assignment briefings, track for key milestone dates in the mobilization process, and provide ongoing communication through the assignment lifecycle
- Work collaboratively with GM Immigration POC's and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a consistent and compliant approach globally
- Participate in recurring vendor calls to proactively address relocation, immigration, or tax issues before they become a problem for the employee or project
- Partner with the HR Delivery teams to ensure effective program delivery and communication
- Maintain timely and accurate assignment/relocation records as part of established mobilization process and procedures
- Proactively look for new opportunities to improve the overall Global Mobility experience across the business lines globally
- Close monitoring of AssignmentPro (“APRO”) technology to ensure effective workflow; regular recommendations needed from GM Consultant for new letter templates, project entitlements, process improvement in the system, etc.
Here's what you'll need
- Experience working in a high touch customer service environment or Global Mobility in a large global organization
- Good understanding of expat tax, social security and immigration matters, from an international assignment perspective
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Exposure to differing Global Mobility policies and procedures a plusSolution Driven
- Experience working in a Center of Excellence atmosphere a plus
- Flexible work schedule to meet the time zones of our mobilizing staff
- 3+ years of Experience in Global Mobility is mandatory.
- Work location will be Navi Mumbai.
