- This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. The position further requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.A day in the life- Region and feature builds
- Manage and monitoring systems health and status
- Provisioning devices, assisting with data ingestion, and device cleaning
- Troubleshooting device, network, and/or configuration related issues- Writing and disseminating after action reports capturing key events, actions taken, and future mitigation plans
- Providing on-call support when necessary

- Associate's degree, or Cloud+ or GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) or GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials) or SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
- 3+ years Linux systems administration experience
- 3+ years technical troubleshooting/support experience
- 2+ years of networking experience (TCP/IP)
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

- 2+ years experience with cloud computing technologies.
- 5+ years experience troubleshooting
- 3+ years of networking experience
- 3+ years of experience with support procedures and methodologies for production computing environments.
- 3+ years experience automating routine tasks.
- 3+ years experience with performance and log analysis
