An experienced and strategicwill spearhead digital content marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in scientific content creation. The role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and support our overall digital marketing goals.

• Content Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of innovative scientific content strategies across various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email marketing.
• Content Creation and Management: Oversee the development, writing, and editing of high-quality, engaging, and original scientific content that aligns with our brand voice and editorial guidelines.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with multifaceted cross-functional teams, including commercial comms, marketing, product development, legal and regulatory, to ensure cohesive and effective content strategies.
• SEO and SEM Management: Optimize content for search engines to increase organic traffic and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure content performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
• Industry Engagement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the pharmaceutical and digital marketing sectors, applying this knowledge to enhance content strategies.
• Content Audits and Updates: Conduct regular audits of existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current marketing goals.
• Innovative Content Development: Propose and develop creative concepts, storylines, and multimedia content that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
• Mentorship and Training:Provide guidance and training to junior content associates, fostering their professional growth and development.
  

• Master or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy related field.
• Proven experience as a scientific content writer or a similar role with strong technical focus.

• 3-5 years’ experience working in Digital Marketing teams required.

• Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
• Analytical Skills:Strong ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies.
• Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and content management systems (CMS).
