For this role you will support design, documentation, implementation, and validation of software components used by multiple teams both internal and external to Ford and will be involved in the launch of IVI software solutions in future Ford vehicles. You will be a key contributor to the development of embedded software and hardware that is deployed in various In-vehicle Infotainment test systems and hardware testing environments. All current and future project work will be used in the ongoing development and testing of the next generation infotainment system, embedded modem, vehicle cloud connectivity, mobile app development & integration testing for Ford vehicles. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned embedded engineer with a demonstrated ability to solution creative and innovative hardware and software solutions, and to deliver elegant solutions with exceptional quality.
