What you'll be doing - Own and drive the near-term execution and technical strategy for the team
- Collaborate internally with other core Unity engineering and graphics teams
- Communicate your team’s vision and progress internally and externally
- Support the members of your engineering team as they advance in their career goals
What we're looking for - Experience developing and managing a high-performance software engineering team
- Proven technical knowledge and experience working with AR/VR/XR platforms
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with external partners to achieve alignment on technical specifications and interdependencies
- Expertise as a software engineer, and a working familiarity with C++ and C#
- Ability to assimilate and understand a large and complex software product
You might also have - Understanding of the OpenXR standard, or a track record of working with open standards
- Familiarity with real time 3D rendering techniques and graphics APIs including Vulkan
- A passion for the future of computer games or real-time 3D experiences in a variety of settings
- Expertise leading using Agile development methodologies
- Experience leading distributed teams

Gross pay salary$153,400—$230,200 USD
