As a Director Internal Audit, you will be responsible for:

• Setting the cybersecurity audit strategy by developing the annual plan and overseeing each audit's scope.
• Conducting cybersecurity risk reviews and control assessments to align processes with leading industry best practices.
• Reporting results on a quarterly basis to internal stakeholders and executive management.
• Working closely with senior management on identified deficiencies or enhancements to ensure successful remediation.
• Monitoring organizational performance to identify areas where additional cybersecurity audit reviews could add value to the organization.
• Evaluating staff on departmental and personal goals while mentoring them to achieve personal and professional growth.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have an advanced degree and 8 -12 years of experience, with focus on information systems.
• Demonstrate cybersecurity expertise through management or audit roles in high-tech or telecom industries at senior manager or director levels.
• Have experience with leading Cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI and others
• Exhibit knowledge of cybersecurity controls and assess their adequacy by integrating business and technology risks.
