Responsibilities:
- Serves as a subject matter expert for one or more engineering initiatives and is the point of contact for clients to produce reporting as needed
- Defines major milestones, key performance metrics, and outcomes for engineering initiatives to aid in assigning tasks and mentoring security engineers
- Leads the delivery of the major engineering milestones and acts as the critical decision maker with regards to technical design and implementation
- Identifies and raises risks or potential vulnerabilities at all stages of the security-engineering process
- Works closely with a diverse set of stakeholders with varying priorities to debate and negotiate paths forward
- Navigates and works effectively across a complex, geographically dispersed organization
- Thinks outside the box in order to develop multiple solutions to complex problems

Required Skills:
- 8+ years of Information Technology Engineering (e.g.: System, Network, Software)
- Engineering Lead and/or people management experience
- Excellent technical communication skills, ability to lead, influence and communicate at multiple organization levels
- Security Development experience, specifically being able to lead developers who write security policies in multi-cloud technologies and understanding of cloud security products. (e.g.: open policy agent, Sentinel, Rego, Terraform)
- Cloud knowledge on one of the major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Google)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Wiz Cyber Security - CSPM, DSPM, Workload protection a major plus.
