You will report directly to our Vice President, ESS Business Analysis andPlanning and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid workschedule.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial health of ourorganization and its alignment with our long-term strategic goals. Yourexpertise in working capital and free cash flow management will guide usthrough financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency,helping us make informed choices and achieve our business objectives.

• Provide strategic financial support to the ESS business unit, focusing onworking capital and free cash flow management.
• Oversee all aspects of working capitaland free cash flow.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achievebusiness objectives.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to optimize working capital andfree cash flow.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure compliance withfinancial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven trackrecord of financial guidance.
• Strong expertise in working capital and free cash flow management.
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, andcompliance.
