What you'll do...
This TPM leader will be responsible for creating technologies that enable the operational use of information contained in Walmart many data assets. This includes leading, designing and creating technology for connecting, ensure quality and consumption of data across traditional and ML applications. One of the responsibilities of this leader will be to work with many business areas to understand, derive and determine process challenges thru stores, supply chain networks and home office systems.
What you'll do:
- Lead, grow, recruit, performance a group of leaders of software engineers and data scientists
- Work with Business and Product Stakeholders to create strategy and plans that create value and tranforms how Walmart forecasts and plans
- Provide technology leadership to ensure productivity, engineering excellence and sustainability of platforms, applications, data and other technology
What you'll bring:
- Has extensive experience in software development, cloud and application of AI technologies
- Is a strong communicator and can quickly understand business process and then take action through technology to automate and provide insights for management
- Does not tolerate defects and can lead teams through operational excellence practices

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
