What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Learn and maintain expert knowledge of service and troubleshooting procedures
- Coordinate video shooting schedule, allocating needed tools and equipment
- Ensure location and equipment are in optimal aesthetic and working condition for video sessions
- Act as on-screen talent, strictly following documented procedures
- Follow all safety protocols and identify areas that may need safety review
- Collaborate with technical writers and safety engineers in procedure development
- Act as subject matter expert in the review process of videos to reach final approval
- Flexibility to work on weekends and/or overtime along with overnight stay and up to 30% travel to support Tesla’s critical mission
- Electrical trades experience within troubleshooting power electronics and low voltage controls
- Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Previous experience working with power/hand tools, electrical equipment, and ability to navigate numerous computer applications and technology independently
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Must be able to work at heights, work in extreme environments, perform prolonged periods of repetitious duties, lift at least 50 pounds frequently
