Learn and maintain expert knowledge of service and troubleshooting procedures
Coordinate video shooting schedule, allocating needed tools and equipment
Ensure location and equipment are in optimal aesthetic and working condition for video sessions
Act as on-screen talent, strictly following documented procedures
Follow all safety protocols and identify areas that may need safety review
Collaborate with technical writers and safety engineers in procedure development
Act as subject matter expert in the review process of videos to reach final approval
What You’ll Bring
Flexibility to work on weekends and/or overtime along with overnight stay and up to 30% travel to support Tesla’s critical mission
Electrical trades experience within troubleshooting power electronics and low voltage controls
Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
Previous experience working with power/hand tools, electrical equipment, and ability to navigate numerous computer applications and technology independently
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Must be able to work at heights, work in extreme environments, perform prolonged periods of repetitious duties, lift at least 50 pounds frequently
