Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled tester with 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Hold at least a Bachelor's degree.
- Possess functional experience in one of the CIB businesses, such as Payments, Custodian, Trade Instruction Capture, Settlements, Asset Servicing, Client On-Boarding/Market Infrastructure On-Boarding, Reference Data, or Fund Services.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and scope complex problems, apply various technology/analytical tools, synthesize insights, and develop recommendations.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to independently develop and manage projects or programs, with a proven ability to frame opportunities, own issues, and follow tasks/issues through to resolution.
- Enhance client engagement skills to closely partner with senior leaders, business contacts, and other stakeholders on projects.
- Be adept at multi-tasking and delivering under tight deadlines.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Graduate or Post Graduate with at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Superior problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and scope complex problems, apply a range of technology/analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights, and develop recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to take strategic direction and independently develop/manage project plans. Proven ability to frame opportunities, own issues, and have the determination to follow tasks/issues through to resolution.
