You will work closely with Scientists and Economists to develop, evaluate, and operationalize new metrics to measure the impact of our product launches on customers’ streaming needs and business outcomes. You will work on large, complex datasets to develop models which will provide data-driven insights into customers' streaming behaviors. You will identify simple and inventive approaches to increase the operational efficiency of models and metrics. You will collaborate with product leaders on deep dives whose outcomes will influence feature launch decisions.

- 3+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience
- 2+ years of data scientist experience
- 3+ years of machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and parameters that affect their performance experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment
