Description
As a member of the Swift Charts team, you will implement new features and craft elegant APIs that surprise and delight our users. You will be responsible for bringing your ideas to life through all stages of their development: from initial research, to API design and proposals, to testing and development in Swift, to documentation and offering guidance to adopters. You’ll join us in energetic discussions of each other’s work and ideas, alongside collaborators possessing a variety of different perspectives and domain expertises.
Additional Requirements
- Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required:
- - User interface and graphics technologies (e.g. SwiftUI, UIKit, Core Graphics,
- Core Animation)
- - Other data visualization libraries (e.g. D3.js, Vega-Lite, ggplot2)
- - Visualization grammars (i.e. "grammar of graphics")
- - Framework and API development
- - SwiftUI and Swift Standard Library design patterns
- - Programming language design and implementation
- - UI/UX design
- - Technical writing
- - Open-source software projects
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900.00 and $256,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
