- 10 years of experience in program management.
- 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
- Experience with servers and the systems development life-cycle.

- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
- 7 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Electrical Engineering, X86/Assembly, ARM, Data Center Technology, Cloud Computing, Infrastructure as a Service, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering.
