Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
Experience working with brands or agencies to execute social marketing.
Experience in developing and driving business plans, supporting business planning and identifying areas to support the overall strategy.
Experience achieving sales goals and driving customer growth in a dynamic environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in comms planning for businesses or clients within a media agency.
Experience with influencer and brand agreements within an agency or advertiser.
Experience in leadership with the ability to work through ambiguity with your team.
Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
Ability to identify client’s biggest challenges to define customer and product strategy, enabling longer-term opportunity.
Ability to lead and manage a team of specialists, developing the team to grow Google’s product adoption.
