Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing or product roles.
Experience in the digital media landscape including formats, buy types, strategies across the sales funnel, YouTube, Video, TV, Display and Social.
Experience in achieving business targets and driving customer growth in a dynamic environment.
Experience in digital advertising products, particularly within the Google ecosystem, and their application in influencer campaigns.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Comms Planning at a Business Director/Client Director level within a media agency environment.
Experience identifying and recommending new processes and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional stakeholders.
Experience managing Influencer/Brand agreements within an agency or advertiser.
Experience in a leadership role, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and apply strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence, build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions.
