Key responsibilities:

Manage the IP protection process in alignment with tech/product strategy for the aligned portfolio, including IDF reviews, patentability, PRC participation, patent application drafting and prosecution.

Assist IP Counsels in providing IPSG clearances for NPI's, including risk analysis and mitigation strategies.

Assist leadership in organizational development activities such as learning & development, training, hiring, and providing feedback.

Must Have
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering
8+ years of hands-on experience in intellectual property function
We valueExcellent understanding of patent prosecution processes in US and EP jurisdictions.Ability to conduct in-depth interviews with research groups, present the report effectively and moderate focus group discussions.Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for global audience.
